In which currency are the prices displayed on the website?

I just placed an order. When will it ship?
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order to be shipped. The average delivery time is 7 to 10 business days, excluding holidays.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3 to 5 business days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you do not have a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us at info@parfueme.de.
I am not satisfied with my order. Can it be returned? What if there is a problem?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. You must return it at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund you the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on all returned packages.
Please note: If your package is in transit, you will need to wait for it to arrive and return it before you can receive a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item has already shipped, please use our easy return system to receive a full refund.
I entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you have verified that the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email at info@parfueme.de. If the address provided is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refunds will be given after 24 hours of incorrect entry.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary as we ship from different fulfillment centers worldwide depending on your location. Average delivery time is 7-10 business days. Longer times when shipping from countries outside the US.
